The space is flexible enough to accommodate anything from holiday parties to product launches. Training days and board meetings are just as successful as customer events. Its adaptable layout enables a wide variety of solutions.
Agora
200€/hour
Agora is a versatile event space for approximately 65 people, located within Naava's showroom. The space is equipped with AV technology, from a projector to microphones, using Artome's M10 system. You can arrange the layout to suit your needs, whether it’s for an auditorium, workshop, or seated dining. The kitchen is available to assist with catering. The space also features a sofa area for more relaxed lounging.
Tundra
100€/hour
Tundra is a bright meeting room for 10 people, offering beautiful views of the Esplanade. The room is equipped with a large screen for presentations, a speakerphone, and a webcam for remote meetings, as well as Wi-Fi, a whiteboard, and a large Naava wall that brings greenery and clean air to the space.
Siimes
50€/hour
Siimes is an atmospheric, forest-inspired meeting room for four people. The room features a large screen, speakerphone, Wi-Fi, cozy armchairs with side tables, and two Naava walls. It’s the perfect space for a more relaxed meeting, workshop, or brainstorming session.

Taiga booth

Do you need a space for a remote meeting or phone conference? Taiga's Lohko workspace is a high-quality and spacious, modern phone booth. The space includes a large desk, office chair, monitor, adjustable lighting, electrical outlets, and a small Naava wall.
The whole Showroom

Over 300m² of bright space for any event, right in the center of Helsinki. All areas of Naava's showroom are at your disposal, including meeting rooms and phone booths. The space can seat approximately 65 people and can accommodate up to 100 people for more casual standing events. Whether you're organizing a training day or a customer event, Naava's showroom can be tailored to meet your needs. You are welcome to bring your own catering. You have a small kitchen at your disposal with two fridges and a freezer, coffee maker, and both still and sparkling water available from tap.
