Future 2030 is a project which is working to predict the working life of the future. It is part of the Finnish governments’ future report, which is focused on finding new paths for development. According to this project, well-being at work will become a key priority for companies and employees in the future.
Today's pioneers believe in well-being - Vincit has created a 'well-being' office for healthy employees
Some companies are already living and breathing the future. One of these pioneers is Vincit, a Finnish software company, who has been named as the best place to work in Finland and Europe (‘Great place to work’ 2015).
In creating modern, future-focused offices, they have prioritized a connection to nature, introducing green elements, and paying attention to the acoustics and aesthetic of the space, as well as ensuring the provision of high quality natural air.
