Passionate, caring, and cool = GPTW's office premises in Kruununhaka, Helsinki
The office of Great Place to Work in Kruununhaka resembles home, and is in fact a second home for the 'Cheetahs'. After a morning exercise, it offers a shower and space to get ready for meeting clients. The kitchen area hosts breakfast, snacks and laughter for people.
The premises strongly communicate our values: passionate, caring and cool. How the values present themselves, involves colors, pictures and text. The procedures become tangible and visual through premises and artifacts, and how we perceive our environment affects work and clients who visit the office from time to time.
Naava allowed us to stay at our home
As the team grew, there came a need for new, better and more open spaces. On Mondays the office would usually feel stuffy, and as the Cheetahs gathered, windows were opened to ensure there was enough fresh air, and to avoid fatigue.
The CEO of GPTW, Mona Rundberg, heard about the positive effects Naava has on indoor air, and wanted to try out Naava at their office. Much has changed since.
