The Finnish game company Next Games is currently growing at high speed. When releasing their game Walking Dead – No Man’s Land last fall, the company’s revenue grew to over 10 million euros. At the same time, they managed to raise an unusually large investment of about 10 million dollars.
When the company’s personnel grew from 50 to 70 employees, it became obvious that more office space was needed. Along with the expansion of the premises, Naava green walls were brought into Next Games’ office. This way we contributed to creating the best working environment for the best game developers.

Evidently the game developers of Next Games enjoy working at the company and feel happy about the attractive working space of the growing team. ”We want to be the best possible place to work at where people enjoy spending time at and we constantly try out new ways to increase efficiency and satisfaction”, Feodorow says.
Besides breathing fresh indoor air, the employees enjoy flexible working hours, refreshments in the kitchen, and exercising benefits such as weekly company-paid gym sessions to keep up the energy levels during work weeks.
