Leena Karikoski is a pharmacist who wanted to take advantage of the situation as her pharmacy got totally new premises in a newly built shopping center. She decided to refresh the whole visual identity and upgrade the service levels.
Karikoski thought that a pharmacy doesn’t have to be only an everyday place to buy some medicine from. It could be an experimental place where customers enjoy their time, and where employees have the energy to do their work and stay healthy.

Naava got a big role in the process of building a new visual identity and new concept of service. Naava doesn’t only improve cosiness. It also helps the customers and employees stay healthy and satisfied by purifying the indoor air.
Pharmacy products bring in dust and chemicals which the microbes in plants' roots break down the impurities. Thanks to the fresh air employees haven’t suffered from symptoms and they don’t feel tired at work despite of big amounts of clients.
